About

Me…

Hi, I’m Craig Sinclair, I am a follower of Jesus, I married Sarah is 2010 and we have three children. Elijah in 2013 (who was stillborn at 38 weeks), Audrey in 2014 and Matilda in 2015. I am an Assistant Curate in the Church of England serving in South Somerset in the diocese of Bath and Wells, I trained for ministry at Ridley Hall in Cambridge, UK.

I have had a variety of roles in my professional life mainly in project and people management in Events, Retail, Charitable and Church sectors as well as serving in Territorial Army.

I enjoy, being outdoors, creative, watching movies and I’m an extrovert so love hanging out with people. I am a fan of St Benedict and I often spend my retreats in a Benedictine monastery and Taizé, an incredibly special place that I have visited a number of times.

The blog…

Well, it is safe to say I started the blog without a plan other than to have a place to inflict my thoughts on the world! The blog is a collection of my own views, sermons and thoughts, I called it Pray and Act because I believe that as a Christian I cannot function without prayer but I am also disciples who are sent into the world so prayer and action go hand in hand on the Christian journey.
